Presently I am reading two books, first, one is DO EPIC SHIT by Ankur warriko and the second one is Atomic habits by James clear. Following things, I have taken from those two books and I will explain how these will be useful to me and you. And I will tell you how to use technology for these things

Three things that will tell you, what you consider as important in your life

1.Your first hour after your wake up.

2.Last hour before you sleep.

3. Your calendar.

1. Your first hour after your wake up :

    In my childhood, I am a very thin person and I can't run continuously for 10 minutes. I was a very shy person and introverted person. Now I became a fit and the confident person not very much but better than earlier. The first thing to do in the morning is to make your body fit and calm your mind. In my life, I started doing exercise when I am doing my graduation. Later in my post-graduation at Osmania university I used to run early morning 4:30 when no one is there on the ground, it became a habit and now I am going to Gym and dedicated one hour to my body. You don't need to work out 2-3 hours a day but you need consistency and make it a habit. Doing little by little it will give you consistency and you will reach. Do meditation for a minimum of 15 minutes. Control your mind win over your mind, No one can beat you.
" Some times no matter how hard you try,no matter how good you are,you still endup as a suger cookie ,Don't Complain, - Stand tall,look to the future and drive on."
The second thing is reading and writing. Read the books whether it may be related to material knowledge or spiritual knowledge.Write down your thoughts and make a plan every day related to what is important. Carry a notebook always and write down your ideas and thoughts. I am writing my thoughts and ideology since 2012. Now it is helped to write a blog.
 " If you want to change your life and may be the world,start off by making you bed "

2. Last hour before you sleep :

    How is our last hour before you sleep useful?. This same question came up in my mind before I watched this video  

 

After watching this video I have changed my mind completely. Visualize yourself, Visualize what you what to be. Definitely, it will make up your mind to do the things in such a way to achieve your goal. This was helped in a great way i used to practise every night before achieving my goal. The second thing to do at night is don't use the mobile phone for at least 1 hour before going to sleep and make ready the things for tomorrow. Keep your phone in another room while sleeping, place dumbells right next to you and keep your book (this is a special one for me)  beside you, and set your alarm to the song of your favorite.

 " Set your life in such a manner  that you can measure the progress even tiny improvements in your productivity will yield  results over time "

 3. Your calendar.

    Make it plan everything, what you want to do, in a week or in a month or in a year. Don't use your mind to remember everything, document the things. Make it plan the things and perform it.
" We have a hundred plans, but what others see is the one we are executing. Plans are plain without performance."

For becoming productive I am using some of the applications and websites, Here are those

1. Notion App - I love this app which is used for making plans, organizing everything, from daily plans to journal

2.Ticktick App- I am using for my todo list, for planning repeating things every month
